What Mark is

Mark is a field companion for security teams. Your organisation adds you as a seat. Mark only works for you through that seat.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, and email (desk users). Your device model and name, and a push token so we can notify you.

Your location, only while a trip your organisation created is active. After you press SOS, we collect it more often.

Trip chat messages and photos you send, check-ins, and basic logs.

What we do not do

We do not sell data. We do not run advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not track your location outside an active trip.

Who sees it

Your organisation's analysts and your team on the trip. Enovox operators see data only for safety operations, and every such access is logged.

Retention

Your location trail is deleted 24 hours after a trip closes by default. Your organisation can set this anywhere from 1 hour to 30 days.

Chat and photos are kept 90 days by default. You can delete your own trail and messages from Settings.

SMS

We send sign-in codes and security alerts only. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by trip.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Codes and session tokens are stored hashed. Your organisation can revoke access in one tap.

Your choices

You can withdraw location permission in iOS Settings at any time. You can ask your organisation to revoke your seat.
