The service

Mark is provided by Enovox. Access is granted by an organisation that holds seats.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mark for unlawful surveillance. Do not use it against people who have not consented through their employer's protection programme. Do not reverse engineer it.

Alerts are advisory

Alerts and findings are advisory and may be incomplete or late. Mark is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

SOS sends your location to your organisation's contacts.

Availability

Availability is best effort.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
